Very accommodating

From our first meeting with Renee we felt she understood that we were tasked with selling our mother/grandmothers home of 83 years as she moved into Aged Care and as such, we wanted to achieve the best possible outcome for her, in a quick a time as was realistic. Renee was able to explain her thoughts around pricing, marketing and target buyers clearly and her approach was proven, with a successful sale negotiated within 1 week of listing. We felt Renee respected the decisions we were making and the emotions around them, giving us the time to "talk it out". She was an excellent communicator and we have been thrilled with, what ultimately, has been a seamless result for a 101 year old that had mixed emotions around the sale of her home. We were very happy to have decided to list with Renee, thank you.
