An honest review

Debra is very personable and maintained communication throughout the sale of our property. Some major hiccups occurred between what was agreed verbally and what was presented in the contracts on 2 separate occasions (agent fee and advertising). This was explained as miscommunication between staff members and Debra worked hard to appease and rectify the situation. Our property was sold for a good price, the sale went through without issue and we were assured the tenant was taken into consideration throughout the sale as per our wishes, given the current climate. This should go without saying but Check your Contracts before signing…I’m glad I did.
