Excellent result despite the challenges of a rapidly changing market

Selling the family home after 32 years was always going to be an emotional and stressful experience, made more so doing it by myself. However Belinda was always on my side and very helpful. She suggested some sales strategies and timings that other agents had not. We worked well as a team utilising the strength of our location and a realistic approach to the market.
