I was introduced to Belinda by recommendation and she lived up to her reputation. Always professional and patient when handling my questions. She prepared a great campaign and we went to Auction. Although expectations high with numerous contracts out with qualified buyers property was passed in, however, this is when Belinda showed her experience. She never lost confidence in the property nor tried to condition me to take less and sure enough, 2 weeks post auction we found our buyer. It's easy to say agents do well when the market is booming but when interest rates are going up and there is a change of government and the property market is rapidly cooling - you need an agent that stays calm and keeps you in the loop every step of the way.
