Easy, informative, friendly

Steven was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase. From the first inspection, he was very pragmatic and patient with us. He took the time to explain the property to us in great detail and gave a lot of context to the neighbourhood. The communication was very accomodating, understanding and grounded. Steven very quickly learnt our story, and gave a very realistic lens. We had been in the market for a while, so it was great to hear grounded communication from a selling agent - nothing too bullish nor nothing to discouraging. The transaction process felt very seamless. I credit him for being very easy to transact with, being a good intermediary and professional.
