Addison Road, Manly

Adam handled the sale of a Manly townhouse bought my father 40 years ago. Having been tenanted for 20 years it needed work. Adam advised us on what should be done and lined up all the tradespeople. The property was transformed and we accepted an offer in line with his estimate, prior to auction. I chose Adam on the basis of a recommendation and because of his local knowledge.
