We chose Candice after a few years of monitoring the activities of sales agents in the area. We knew her to be highly knowledgeable about the local market, a very experienced sales agent and a strategic marketer. We chose to sell at a time when the market was settling down, after the frenzy of last year, and Candice was realistic about what price and level of interest we could expect. She achieved a price that met those expectations and more after two inspections. Candice was available to chat with at all hours, kept us up to date on everything and was lovely to deal with. Her team provided strong support and the administration of the sale was incredibly efficient. All in all, a very good selling experience.
