Professional Excellence

This is the second property I have had the pleasure of buying through Marize Bellomo. Both experiences have been exceptional. Marize and Stone Real Estate are professional, thorough and courteous. No question was too small or too silly and all the answers from strata to contract were at her fingertips or provided in a timely fashion.

Excellent communication and Positivity in a Negative Market

Marize, Alanna and the team at Stone, are just that - a fantastic, seamless team. Communication with your agent, is always key when you are selling a property, but in this difficult market, even more so. Every week, there was another suggestion, they followed up with every viewer constantly, and they kept us positive, when the media was making us feel like giving up. They didn't push us to drop our pants on the price, Marize was realistic and knew what she could achieve in this very competitive market. And she got us there. Thank you team Stone Mosman and Marize, you absolutely went the extra mile!

Sold in a week, in a tough market, for an outstanding price all based on Marize's advice.

Highly recommend Marize and the Stone team. We reviewed 4 agents before deciding to try Stone. Marize approach was unique from the start. She didn't suggest an auction sale structure. All the others did. She didn't try to soften us on price expectations, all the others did. She was confident, self assured and professional. Highly recommend her.
