Over the Moon Vendors

Wayne was recommended to my wife and I by our daughter, as she had sold two properties through Wayne and was so impressed by his attention to the sales. I must admit I was sceptical before Wayne attended our home. The professionalism and knowledge he displayed meant that within 5 minutes of meeting him, my wife and I were satisfied that he could be trusted with the sale of our home of some 34 years. On Open House, Wayne kept us upto date with information on what was happening. He was still working at 7pm on Saturday night negotiating with prospective purchasers, giving us a call at that time with results, then he was back on the job on Sunday bringing, as it turns out the final purchasers for another inspection. Wayne sold our home at a price that we are over the moon with. This was only accomplished because he is dedicated to his job and I feel is a very honest person, both with the vendor and purchaser.
