From start to finish, Nat was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. As a female buyer who initially looked at the property and organized the process, I also found Nat especially relatable, her empathy, attention to detail, and genuine approach really stood out. Where do I begin - Natalie was amazing - was polite - never pushy, gave good advice and so encouraging. - responded quickly to messages and very prompt in following up issues. - had a good knowledge of the local area - helped that she lived in the next street from our property. The estimate Natalie gave initially was exactly what the final sale price was. - We felt she was honest and ethical - the sort of person we wanted. We are using her to sell our parents property. What a treasure !
