Informative, reactive and friendly

I’ve been waiting for a month before writing a review, to allow for not just the entry period but also the teething issues. We are seasoned renters so can safely say that the stone Seaforth team are pretty darn good. They have been ever so quick to respond to those early house issues and have also been friendly, welcoming and just plain nice. Only slightly niggle would be the online condition report, took me ages to download pictures and respond to each line. Recognise that digital is more efficient but felt clunky and hard to use. However, Anthony, Claire and the team at stone have been excellent. So far, so good. Would recommend to landlords and tenants.
