Perfection

I was very impressed with the process of moving into my new rental property. Everything was clear and straightforward, from the agreement to key collection and knowing who to contact with any questions. It was also a lovely touch to receive a small gift or starter pack when collecting the keys - it really helped ease the stress of moving in.
