Stone was a pleasureable experience!

Having just recently purchased a property through Stone Realty in Seaforth, the lead Agent Maria Cassarino was quite wonderful to deal with. It is never easy bidding on your dream home, emotions and tensions run high naturally, that is a given. How you feel throughout the experience is always going to be paramount to how far you are willing to go to reach the goal. We felt Maria was open and honest with us throughout the sale. Naturally the agent is expected to get the best result for the vendor, this is always understood, however as the buyer, we must determine what the true value of the home is looking at it from the long term perspective. At no point did we actually feel tense or that we were being driven to buy something that was not worth it. Maria remained professional throughout the negotiations, she kept us very well informed at all times of the Vendor's wishes and we feel she honestly did try to make it happen for us within the limitations a buyer must accept when the agent is working for the Vendor and not us. Maria happily explained all the problems we might face post sale and she openly, and we felt honestly, answered our questions when they arose. We knew the flaws we would need to take on post sale and were offered ways with which to resolve them which was helpful in the decision process. All told, we give Maria a 9.5 out of 10 and have decided that when the time comes to sell our current property shortly, we will enlist Maria to do that for us. How is that for having enough confidence in her?

We wanted someone who would get the job done and Maria was, by far, the best person to do that.

Maria and her team (Lauren, Todd, Kirsty etc.) took the time to understand our needs and then aligned their sales & marketing campaign to them. The quality of the materials (e.g. Website, video, brochures, 'For Sale' board etc.) were excellent and complimented the quality of the property being sold, but it was Maria's professionalism and tenacity to get us the best deal was what stood out. In addition, her communication, both written and verbal was always up to date and accurate. I would highly recommend Maria and her team. They were a pleasure to work with.
