Who says its a depressed market?

Doom & gloom all over the daily news, the NSW property market is falling, not to mention you shouldn't be selling this close to Winter. If you have an experienced, professional agent like Nathan Tse it is not a problem. From the beginning I had confidence in Nathan as his proposed price range stacked up against my own research for the area.
