Kristin began her real estate career in 2008. Experienced in Sales, Marketing, Property Management and client services, her extensive knowledge of the industry brings a lot to the table for her clients. With a strong work ethic and highly focused attention to detail, Kristin’s self-imposed, higher than normal standard of objectives around client satisfaction, are always achieved and often surpassed. Coming from the Diamond Valley and now settled in Doreen with her young family, real estate is her passion ensuring each and every client gets the service they rightfully deserve. Having purchased, sold and invested in the property market herself, Kristin understands the importance around real estate decisions and the effects of making the wrong decision. Her compassionate nature, honesty and respect for her clients has proven to build long lasting relationships with buyers and vendors alike. In her personal time, Kristin enjoys family time with her two young sons at one of the many local parks or cafes, a nice dinner with family or friends or spending time keeping fit at her local gym.

As Director of Stone Real Estate Whittlesea, Dean heads up the sales team and oversees the day-to-day running of the busy office alongside his business partner Jessica. An approachable, genuine individual who can have a very real conversation about all things real estate, sport and life, he’ll outwork everyone to achieve the best possible results for his clients. With his broad property knowledge and two decades of experience, Dean is a career agent with a strong background across the diverse real estate spectrum, from sales and property management to business development and marketing. A lifelong local, he loves the country feel of the Whittlesea area, the great sense of community, the lifestyle, the wide open spaces and the variety of properties, from residential to acreage – you never know what style of home you’re going to walk into! There are so many things Dean enjoys about real estate – being part of people’s journey, changing their lives, the competitive nature of the industry and the art of negotiation. He relishes learning from the conversations he has with people from all walks of life, using his platform to help the community and working everyday with people he considers family. In addition to being named PM of the Year in 2009, Dean considers his greatest achievements to be his longevity in the industry, consistently great results and strong client relationships. She welcomes the opportunity to meet clients in different stages of their lives and help them with one of their biggest decisions – buying, selling, renting, or leasing out a home. Having grown up and always living in the Diamond Valley, attending Diamond Creek East Primary School & Eltham College of Education for high school, Jessica loves the atmosphere, the wonderful community spirit and the wide variety of properties that she has the pleasure of dealing with, from residential to lifestyle and acreage. She feels that the area offers the very best of both worlds. Determined to change the perception of real estate agents, Jessica creates an environment where her team can provide unprecedented client service while successfully growing their careers. In her leisure, Jess spends time with her husband, Jassi, and two sons Zach & Xavier watching and attending AFL games, playing basketball, and visiting friends and family.
