Before entering real estate, Tracie spent 18 years working with public housing tenants, managing tenancies, maintenance, arrears and the often difficult conversations that come with the role. That experience gave her something most property managers don’t have – a genuine understanding of what both landlords and tenants actually need. She has since backed that experience with formal real estate qualifications. Dedicated, organised and hardworking, Tracie approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism. She enjoys building positive relationships, resolving issues and achieving the best possible outcomes while protecting her landlords’ investments and treating tenants with fairness and respect. A local from just outside Goulburn, Tracie is a busy mum of two who values family, community and honest communication. Those values are reflected in the way she works every day, going the extra mile to provide reliable service and support for every client. With 27 years of experience in real estate, Kim brings a depth of property management knowledge to the Storrier Realty team that is simply hard to find. Holding a Class 2 licence and with a career built almost entirely in property management, she has seen and handled just about everything the industry can throw at you. Kim works in a senior support capacity within the property management team, providing invaluable behind-the-scenes expertise to Janelle and Tracie, while lending her knowledge and experience to the broader team whenever it’s needed. Her practical knowledge, sharp eye for detail and calm, no-fuss approach mean things get done properly – every time. Outside of work, Kim loves to travel, enjoys a good book and values time spent with family and friends. If experience and quiet expertise are what you’re looking for, Kim has it in abundance.

Professional, Friendly and Reliable Property Management

Storriers are people to deal with

Proactive with communication and advice relating to current local real estate Markets. We have multiple tenancies managed by Storriers. We are extremely happy with the attentiveness of staff. Tracie is always responsive to any requests we may have.

Very through team at what they do

We purchased the property 18th of Feb 2015 from Brett storrier. Since June 2015 storrier real estate has been our property manager. We have never had any issues at all with the storrier team always find us execellent tennants. Storrier real estate are very through with regular inspections of our property always addressing any issue very promptly and efficiently. We have never had a bad tennant at this property. But had issues with a real nasty tennant at a property not managed by storrier real estate and janelle storrier was more than happy to assist us with the process of ncat to get this person evicted .Truly could not recommend a nicer and professional team to manage your investment other than storrier real estate.
