Laura is an absolute killer in the real estate game. In what has been an incredibly tough and challenging market, she proved exactly why having the right agent matters. Laura took over the sale of our property after we had an extremely poor experience with our previous agency, which we ultimately had to fire. She inherited their mess, cleaned it up and completely turned the experience around for us. From day one, Laura was thorough, transparent and professional. Her communication was excellent, her market knowledge was second to none, and she gave us honest advice rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. She even managed to organise adjustments and extensions to our property furnishings at no additional charge, which was another example of her putting the client first and finding solutions rather than problems. In my own business, I’ve always believed it’s the 1%ers that make the difference, and Laura absolutely understands this. At one point she personally offered to bring her own hose to the property to water our front lawn and make sure the home presented at its absolute best. It might sound like a small thing, but to me it says everything about her commitment, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Her determination and negotiation skills really stood out. She worked incredibly hard to get the best possible result for us and never took her foot off the pedal.
