Quick Action and Excellent Communication

Upon switching to Strud, one of our properties tenants were moving out prematurely. This required that a new tenant be signed up. Since the rules state that when you are changing a managing agent, the new agent has no authority until one month has passed we faced the prospect of our property lying vacant for a month or more. Through the action taken by Strud we were able to acquire a new tenant quickly so in the end there was only 8 days of the property being vacant. Vacancy means loss of potential income.
