We found our interaction with Chloe from STRUD Property to be very professional. She responded to any queries quickly and was always helpful and professional in her communications via email and SMS. On those occasions when communications were via phone calls, Chloe maintained her professionalism whilst also presenting as very personable. Each step of the application process, we were given regulate updates. Once the application was approved, we appreciated the notification via the direct call from Chloe and the enthusiasm with which it was delivered. After which, handbooks and lease agreement were delivered with speed electronically for our perusal and completion.
