Didn’t understand the property they were leasing.

Responsive at the beginning, but didn’t understand how the building was set up and needed to reissue lease to resolve. Had to chase a key to access mailbox as wasn’t provided. Office is almost a 1 hour drive from apartment, and unable to deliver key to tenant (would be very difficult if tenant didn’t own a car). Have always been customer focussed, but I question either their attention to detail or knowledge of their portfolio under management.
