The Modern Day Make It Happen

My story. 5 weeks to relocate, property inspections getting cancelled left right and centre, homes being leases under my feet, started a new job and was uncertain even about having a roof over my head and that's coming from someone whom had rented the same property for 6 years. It was uncertain times. Most properties listed for rent had up to 200 applications and it wasn't looking great with my current situation. Literally the first property I stepped foot in for inspection. I arrived with difficulty wasn't the easiest place to find but never fear Trish Nair is here. Trish Nair was my contact with Strud Property from the get go. I had applied for the property prior to unseen. Trish picked me up from the front gate and drove me up to the property, how good 😊 The property was more or less what I had been residing in for the last 6 years with some extra bonuses being a yard and nice L shaped balcony and a little work shed same rent as I was paying for my current property and now I was within walking distance to work 👍 Documents I was waiting for to support my application finally landed as I was getting in my car after the inspection. Forwarded them straight to Strud and off I went to wait for another inspection I had later in the afternoon. Within the hour the phone rang. Duane the property is yours and you can move in Friday ☺️ Anyone knows in the current market how hard it is to land a rental and my story is by far the worst. But a bloke whom hasn't had to deal with this scenario for 6 years, starting a new job literally for a week, with limited time to book and view properties and I landed the first one. Trish and the staff at Strud were very accepting of my circumstances they were very clear and open about the owners situation and desire for a long term tenant, they answered my questions and concerns and you can't ask more than that. Maybe it was meant to be.
