Good Understanding of the Area

Jordan had a good understanding of the area. He is well spoken and is able to build very good rapport. STRUD has very good processes in place so you are able to communicate with them when you have questions. We were selling during interest rate raises and we found it hard to get the original price estimate, but in the end Terence and Jordan were able to get a good price given the market.
