First thing I liked about Peter was how prompt he is with getting back to you. He never let us wait. He never ever rushed us and we were treated like we mattered. Peter always listened attentively in all our communications and he provide us with thoughtful feedback. He deliberately took steps to make all information, communication or process was easily understood. He makes himself available and he keeps you informed. But he ensure you are in charged at all times he just guides you with gentle awareness like he has done this a million times before. There is no ego with him and I love that he is mindful of his team and ensures that he acknowledges their input. So as a customer to see the way he is with his team and how much they work together is a great indication of much he is going to treat you and your home. Peter negotiation skills is class one, he got more than what I wanted and his skills as a negotiator came in handy when the buyers demanded compensation. I know in my life time I will never sell another house but I can recommend that if anyone is needing a property sold. He even laughed at my jokes put my SOLD sign upside down like I wanted. He even managed my husband fears.
