Market knowledge and communication knowledge is excellent

Peter helped us so much. I am a very nervous person and he made the transition between selling and buying our next property an easier time. He had to put up with all my my worries I had with the whole process even if they weren't part of his job description 😆, he helped us sell our house to a beautiful couple who actually were in love with the place and as my partner and I with 3 children had lived in our home for 13 years it was a little bit sentimental for me letting it go. But he was a real estate agent who had the buyer's and seller's best interest at heart. Thanks Peter.
