Aaron and his team at Suburbia were great to work with from start to finish. We have purchased one property from Aaron (which is how we first met him years ago), and now sold two properties with him. As a buyer we found him honest and reliable to deal with, appreciating his up front sales approach, which is what prompted us to reach out to him years later when we were ready to sell, knowing that if we enjoyed buying from him, then someone lese woukd enjoy buying our home from him too! As a seller working with him, it has been an equally great experience- he and his whole team all work incredibly hard, are communicative, accessible, and trustworthy. We liked their approach to the marketing and sales strategy, and they were all very responsive and kept us involved throughout the process. During a difficult economic climate, Aaron achieved a strong sale which exceeded our expectations, and he achieved it quickly too!
