Very open, honest & very helpful!`

I would recommend Richard Sullivan and his wife, Fran, to anyone who desires to sell their real estate. In fact, we have done so already and another property sold immediately without the need to go to auction. After we moved, we remembered we had left something behind and Richard went and collected it for us, returning to visit us in our new home.
