Easiest real estate experience

The team at summit were beyond helpful when helping us found a rental. We were relocating from 19 hours away and were very accommodating if allowing someone to view the property on our behalf. We applied for 3 properties with them and heard back with 48 hours of our approval for one of them. Finding a rental can be a very stressful time especially with the shortages but we had no struggles and the team made it a smooth process for us. We are looking forward to commencing our lease at the property and establishing a good relationship with them.
