A good bloke

Daniel was just the nicest agent, nothing was too much trouble for him. I at first put down the property we bought telling Daniel what its faults were according to me. He accepted my criticism professionally and said he would give the owner feedback. Once I was convinced by my better half that this was a place we needed, I called Daniel with our offer and he advised that he would present it on our behalf. He was not shocked by the turnaround, he was the consummate professional. As our offer was subject to a sale of our property Daniel kept in touch and let us know where we were at in regards to the purchase. Again the true professional not telling us too much but still keeping us informed. Once the sale went unconditional Daniel advised us of various offers through the agency he works for, including removal truck, storage etc. He picked up a parcel for us and was instrumental in us getting approval from the vendor to store some possessions on the property. He is just a very nice bloke and very good at his job.
