Don't expect a personal touch

We would like to thank Digby who actually sold our house, did not appreciate having contact with 6 different people from Summit during the process, definitely not worth the extra money we paid going through them and would've expected a reduced rate seeing as we conducted the final walk through with the buyer’s agent ourselves.
