The negotiation process was very efficient with his honest feedback making the decision to proceed a lot easier. Even after the offer was accepted he made time to follow up to see if we needed any assistance prior to settlement. The highlight was the genuine excitement in the big plans we spoke about for the block which is something we had never experienced with past agents as generally once the sale is done we never hear from them.
