Mervin, a man of integrity.

What I really liked about Mervin was his honesty about the market and how things were going with the marketing of my property. I was aware that it was not a good time to sell, but asked him to go ahead anyway, giving it his best stab. This he did, tirelessly taking clients to the house, having open homes etc. He was very organised. He had a plan and a specific time line for getting the house and garden in order, getting the tenants on sides and advertising the property. He did an amazing job with the sitting tenants. It was no accident that they were prepared to stay in the house, paying rent, until the very last minute. This was solely due to Mervin's people skills. I was most appreciative. I do believe that Mervin knows his market and the best way to go about getting a deal. He impressed me with his patience, expertise and efficiency. Once he'd found a buyer he went to great lengths to explain the procedure to me: it's really much more involved than selling in NZ! I was panic stricken, but he was able to allay my fears, answer my questions and inspire me with confidence all the way through, right up to getting the money into my bank account. I can strongly recommend Mervin to future sellers.
