With a long, successful sales career across many industries, Lee’s move to Real Estate Sales brings him a step closer to his ultimate and lifelong goal; to one day be a partner in a successful agency. Selling has always come naturally to Lee, thriving in a family-owned business from the age of 15. Peter Gonera’s Retravision grew to be the largest electrical appliance retailer in Melton. Lee’s passion for both product and people saw him consistently exceed and outperform over a 12 year period. Upon the sale of the family’s business, Lee’s next venture was in the broad world of commercial furniture. Determined to succeed, Lee quickly became the top-performing Sales Representative within Victoria and placed him 2nd highest Nationally, outperforming more experienced peers. With a well-established sales background, Lee decided it was time to follow his dream, and completed Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) at Gipps TAFE in 2013. Soon after, he began working at Sweeney Estate Agency in Melton. Lee considers it a great privilege to once again work in the town he has lived in his entire life. Attending both Primary and High School in town, playing sports such as Cricket and Soccer whilst growing up and being involved in community activities has helped him develop a great knowledge of the local area. Coupled with 20 years of sales experience and an extensive list of local contacts, Lee intends to use his drive and determination to once again deliver exceptional results. Lee prides himself on outstanding customer service. To Lee, it is the simple things that make a difference when working with people; communication, clarity and commitment. When not hard at work, Lee enjoys activities such as scuba diving, socialising and playing golf, and is a Member of the Melton Valley Golf Club. Lachlan grew up in Melton and now calls Eynesbury home. Having had a successful career in the hospitality industry, Lachlan went on to consult throughout hospitality venues all over Australia, training and mentoring others in customer service standards and management. The move to Real Estate was a natural fit and he applies the same principles of service excellence to all aspects of real estate. Garry has lived in Melton for Most of his life and attended St. Dominic’s Primary School and Completed secondary school at Mowbray College. Garry went on to complete a bachelor's degree In Recreation from Victoria University and a diploma in Estate Agents Practice from Swinburne University of Technology. Garry competed in many different sports while growing up, however his Highlights were playing football For Melton and competing in BMX racing.
