Too easy and more $ than we dreamed

Our house sold after 1 home open, for more than we had expected. I interviewed a few agents, but Lee's confidence, professional presentation, market knowledge and realistic expectations really sold us. From day one Lee was very active and we never had to chase for information. Lee kept us up to date the whole time. Lee communicated his ideas on how best to present our house to buyers and was confident enough to decline any bad ideas we put forward, which we appreciated. If we ever sell again, hopefully we can find another Lee Gonera.
