The process of purchasing our townhouse unit was smooth and easy, Andrea was quick to respond to our queries and helped us secure the exact unit we wanted. Andrea was also very helpful when we wanted to negotiate with the builder about adding additional features (air cons). Andrea communicated with us through settlement and there was a lovely, thoughtful gift waiting for us when we arrived to get the keys to our new property.
