OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE...words cannot express the dedicated valued professionalism!

Firstly, we HIGHLIGHT the fact we had been on the market with a local Real Estate Agent for FOURTEEN MONTHS - Sharyn Yelland Luxury Real Estate SOLD our property in THREE WEEKS of LISTING!!! We believe the "Headline" says it all...our very unique property on 6.2 acres property consisted of 9 stone structures the oldest being constructed as a dwelling in 1840 very early for Auburn in the Clare Valley. Other stone buildings were the main house in addition to the smaller original dwelling mentioned above. A Blacksmith Cottage (converted to a 2-bedroom self-contained dwelling. An 1890's stone and iron Barn which we used as a "wedding and functions" building/Centre seating 200 guests for over 20 years. A four bay stone car bay. Smoke house, cow shed and other stone buildings. In earlier years we ran the property as a bed and breakfast destination but had to concentrate on reserving the accommodation for "wedding bookings" and the Bride and Grooms families.
