James provided a friendly, well informed sales process

I felt very comfortable dealing with James, we put the unit on the market before Christmas and James organise the whole process including some running repairs and cleaning to the unit. James was keeping me informed about some competition units on the market that may have made it a little bit difficult for us but he gave us a good some good advice on the price which was where we wanted to be when we sold it. There was no pressure to drop the price or change the tactics during the course of the sale when the market appeared a little bit slow. After Christmas James continued to keep me well informed and still remained consistent with our pricing agreement. We soon had success in the sale and there was no haggling about the price. We were very happy with the final result and were very happy with the way James kept us informed during the sales process. I would have no hesitation in recommending James as a selling agent.
