Thank You Peter!!

I recently sold my house in Pagewood with LJ Hooker and would like to thank them wholeheartedly for their outstanding conduct throughout the whole process. In particular, a special mention to Peter Grant, my agent who has personally walked with me through the whole process. His methodical nature and attention to detail was very impressive. Perhaps most of all though, was his communication which was always outstanding - and there was lots of it! I felt confident that Peter was always available for me when I needed him. He was very respectful of both myself, the house and of prospective buyers at the open homes. He even managed my rather large dog on a couple of occasions when I couldn't be home which was much appreciated!! Peter was very aware of the stress involved and certainly made the whole process a lot easier for me with his continued communication and guidance. Through consistent determination and skilled negotiations, Peter managed to secure a positive sale result for me which exceeded my expectations in what was a very challenging market. Thanks again to Peter and of course all those working back at the LJ Hooker office. You have a great team and I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone considering selling their property.
