We cannot recommend Dani Chahine highly enough. Dani helped us sell our apartment on Dalmeny Avenue in February 2026, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Communication & Responsiveness - Dani’s communication is next level. He kept us completely in the loop every single step of the way. The timing wasn't easy either as we were actually travelling while the apartment was being put on the market, but Dani completely worked around our schedule and time zones to make it work. He even called us to give us an update while he was away on his own holiday! That level of responsiveness and dedication is pretty rare, and it made the whole process completely stress-free for us. Professionalism & Market Knowledge Right from day one, Dani was totally upfront and transparent about all the costs no hidden surprises. His market knowledge is spot on. Dani is nothing but professional. He is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who has overseen my property portfolio for many years. He is helpful, gave time to answer any level of question from me and worked closely with me when he successfully negotiated a pre auction sale. Dani kept me up to date after each open home with great notes & feedback on potential buyers. He also sent weekly sales reports, and made sure we had 24 hours notice prior to extra viewings.
