I know he worked very hard to get me the best price. As soon as a new offer exceeded the previous, Dani would hand me a notice of revised estimated sale price. Dani made sure everything was transparent. Dani was constantly consulting with all potential buyers so that they all had the same opportunity and privilege of buying the property. Finally, after he had tried everyone and was convinced he could not do anymore, he presented the final offer to me. I am very pleased with the final outcome.
