Just bought a terrace in Paddo through Mark from Ballard Property.

Just purhased a terrace (pre-auction) in Paddington through Ballard Property, agent Mark Lowe. Mark was lovely! Highly professional, extremely personable and knowledgeable. He kept us 'in the loop' at all times in regard to other prospective buyers, which was appreciated as many offers were made on the property pre-auction. Mark's knowledge of the RE market is excellent and he has been so obliging and helpful in regard to viewing the property and answering any questions we had. Appreciate his wonderful assistance and service. Highly recommend him and his lovely office team (Samm and Amanda).

Highly recommended

We interviewed 5 agents and confidently chose Mark to sell our Paddington home because of his knowledge and experience of the market as well as his character. We found Mark to be very hard-working, honest, consistent and a pleasure to communicate with. We felt he cared about us and achieving the best result for our home. He not only delivered on the price he thought we could get for our property, but he exceeded our expectations. Other agents in the area had quoted a price $300-400K less than Mark. Unlike other agents we know of, he took his time to engage multiple bidding parties and did not put pressure on us to sell quickly so he could get on with selling other properties. Mark and Amanda also went above and beyond their roles and helped us with certain other tasks that came up. Amanda was always a phone call away.
