Friendly and honest with great communication

On a very hard market, Harriet was extraordinary and was able to find a buyer for our flat.

Harriet kept in touch continually and was able to advise us on what needed to be done to the flat, how the market was going and the best approach to take to achieve a sale. It was a difficult time, the market was down and the open days were over holiday periods - not to mention tenants!
