Exceptional and Professional
We had such a wonderful experience with Sarah and Reuben. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and truly went the extra mile for us. They were always available, easy to contact, and no task or request was ever too much trouble. Their level of professionalism was outstanding — they handled every detail with care, integrity, and expertise, making the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. Professionalism with a capital 'P' Let’s start from the beginning. The service provided by this close-knit team in preparing my property for sale was exceptional; in addition to ‘styling’, it included their knowledge and contacts with numerous trades for renovation. Their involvement did not end there; they followed up and promptly reported on each stage of the renovation. This was far above the industry norms. and helped reduce pressure on my busy schedule. The marketing was both personal and highly professional, and it included producing an outstanding video and establishing a high-quality online presence. I found 24-hour, clear communication, including after-hours support, maintained throughout the lead-up to a successful sale. I was always kept informed of the communication between my agents and potential buyers. Their opinions were honest and enhanced my understanding of the current marketplace. I cannot recommend Reuben Kee and Sarah Khazma highly enough. Their innovative marketing approach is unique in many ways.
