We decided to sell our property in Sydney whilst travelling overseas indefinitely. We chose Simon and Sydneylinks because they were our managing agents for our property. We were in the fortunate position of having some late contenders come to the negotiating table near the conclusion of the sale and with Simon's assistance achieved more cash.
