We recommend him wholeheartedly!

We decided to sell our property in Sydney whilst travelling overseas indefinitely. We chose Simon and Sydneylinks because they were our managing agents for our property. From a practical perspective this was just common sense and made for easy access and communication with our tenants during the sale process. We could not have been happier with our decision - especially since we were communicating with an 8-9 hour time difference - covering Spain, Cyprus and by the time of sale - Turkey! Simon is a great communicator and took the situation in his stride. We communicated via email and skype and not once did we think "this is hard!" - it simply wasn't. To us it seemed he was always on hand and available. He kept us updated (in detail) about visitors from each open home and then again two days later when he followed them up. We were in the fortunate position of having some late contenders come to the negotiating table near the conclusion of the sale and with Simon's assistance achieved more cash. We recommend Simon wholeheartedly.
