•⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buying a run-down property is a bit like online dating—you think you know what you’re signing up for, then after the first date (aka settlement) you discover a few “quirks” that weren’t in the profile pictures. Let’s just say this house has more surprises than a reality TV plot twist. But here’s the thing: Cara and Tara made the whole experience not just bearable, but actually enjoyable. They didn’t just sell us a property in need of a defibrillator—they sold us a dream (and possibly a lifetime supply of Bunnings sausage sizzles). Their honesty, humour, and “we’ve-got-you” attitude turned what could’ve been a renovation horror story into an adventure we’re actually excited about. So, while the house is falling down around us, we’re still smiling—and that’s entirely thanks to Cara and Tara. If you want agents who can sell you the worst house on the best street with a smile (and somehow make you thank them for it), these are your people. Would buy again… preferably with fewer holes in the floorboards.
Having to sell my house, has been one of the hardest things that I had to do in my life. After having one disaster after another, I had no choice but to sell it due to financial hardship (two total write offs) and it hurt. Cara from Synergy, was recommended to me by a family member, and I could not fault Cara’s honesty, professionalism and guidance. My former home was a renovator home when, I bought it in 2007, while parts of the front veranda had been replaced, the majority of the stumps restumped, there was still a lot of do. I advised Cara, that I was aware of the faults in the property and Cara, drafted marketing that reflected my wishes. The house was advertised as a Renovator, for someone willing to roll their sleeves up and do the work, it was never advertised in a dishonest way. When, I faltered Cara patiently waited, she did not pressure me, she simply gave advice and gave me time and space to think about it. Cara, worked towards getting me the best possible price for the home. At, some point, it also became a combined effort of Cara and Tara. The marketing, that was done, was honest and the photo’s that Right Angle Photography took were amazing. Any professional recommendations were made were also helpful and affordable. I followed Cara’s advice, when she said to market online, we did. When Cara said to have photo’s completed and posted online, we did. The marketing generated lots of interest and I was presented with over 5 offers, all great offers. The final offer that I accepted included no building and pest for $420 000. $420 000 when I had suggested $350 000 is an amazing result. Cara and Tara have been amazing, I cannot fault them or their work. If you want someone, who is committed, honest, has integrity and works to get the best possible outcome, go to Synergy and ask for Cara and Tara, they are the gold standard in real estate agents and Synergy should be so proud to have them as part of their team.
