Pleased with our purchase.

We are absolutely pleased with the purchase of our property, thank you Kiah and Sonia for making it happen. The only slight negative would be the communication side of things, the lack of answering phones and relaying some information back to the vendor were the only downfalls, overall we are satisfied with the outcome.

Due to lack of communication there were unnecessary stress levels on my account.

Lack of communication between synergy, the buyer and the seller and also between the synergy colleagues has proven to be detrimental to the sale. Unnecessary stress, which could have been avoided.
