Tamir exceeded my expectations to prepare and sell my house, he is efficient, patient and honest

Tamir was recommended by a friend who found him very efficient and honest as manager of her housing investments. I have engaged Tamir to manage, upgrade, and sell my remaining houses in Murray Bridge. He quickly assessed my house, explained what the issues were, and the various options that were available and I adopted all his recommendations to enhance the sale. His communication was great and this enabled swift upgrades where necessary, and he has a professional team that can do any necessary work. The property looked so good and with his outstanding marketing knowledge he quickly found a buyer. During the renovation he constantly phoned me to discuss what was needed, and messaged me with what he proposed, and sent me before and after photos. Many sellers do not have the knowledge of what the issues are with their houses, and what is needed to maximise the selling price. Tamir has the knowledge and patience to deal with the seller and he gave me clear options with cost benefit where I could decide what to spend in upgrading to get a better return.
