Brad was highly professional, and maintained good communications throughout the sales process.

Ours was a long, drawn-out sales process of over six months as we were in no hurry to sell. We had an original offer of about $ 50k below our minimum expectations so we declined. Brad was tenacious at his task in a very competitive market, that seemed to have a multitude of similar like apartments in the Airlie Beach region and was able to get our unit some good publicity in the local newspaper. One of the most important aspects of this sale, was having Brad to handle all aspects of the negotiations, given that we us vendors located in Melbourne had to rely on Brad for his continued support and regular updates.
