Brad has been a wanderful agent to sell my house with. He assisted me with buying my first investment property and then helped me sell it when it was time. He was very knowledgeable about the market and spent lots of time talking me through the best avenues for me personally. He was exceptional with managing my tenants leading up to the sale and he targeted the interested buyers quickly to find the best offer I was looking for. He managed to sell my house in 7 days of it being on the market, and my property wasn't perfect or text book, so I am very happy with Brad's communication, efforts and work ethic.
