•I appointed Jack not just because his terms were competitive and had good reviews, but because based on our initial conversations, I liked his communication style and had a good feel for his operating style, and this turned out to be the right call. We got a great outcome on the sale of my investment property (1B Alexandria) and Jack was very easy to work with. He was responsive and available when needed (I did not get passed around colleagues) and managed various stakeholders as needed incl managing agent, tenants, painter, stylists, etc, during a period when I had less time for this myself (which was greatly appreciated). His communication was great and very happy with his service from start to finish - Jack impressed me (which isn't easy) and would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to sell in the area.
