The word "Excellent" - summarises my experience , "says it all"

Fraser's priority was to obtain the best selling price for us and not his commission . As a consequence we obtained a selling price $450,000 above our expectations and much more than the price proposed by the original agent (not retained) . Excellent market knowledge , communication (including sending communications "after hours") and professionalism .
